2025 Packet Pickup Information

Packet Pickup Time and Location:

- Location: Erie Rec Center - Lehigh Room DIRECTIONS

- WED, Nov 26: 3pm-7pm

Please be patient, as many of you will arrive early and ready to check-in at 3pm sharp. (we don't open early and we don't open late, we open on time)

Don't worry, the line keeps moving and we work as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Can you pick up registration packets for others? Can others pick up for me?

Yes! However, please be sure that you are in good communication with your friends, so that they know you are picking up for them. You should also have their full name ready at check-in so that our volunteers can efficiently locate the registrations.

Event Start & Finish Location:

(Main Entrance to Erie Community Park by the Garfield Shelter, next to Erie Community Center): 

• Hardship Gift Presentation: 8:40am

• National Anthem: 8:55am

• Run Start Time: Thanksgiving Day 9:00am

T-SHIRT POLICY REMINDER: Please Note: To assure yourself that you receive the t-shirt size requested, you must register by Nov 11. (the date we order shirts) We do order a limited amount of extra shirts, based on our expected forecast, but can not guarantee your shirt size if you register late. All participants must take the size/gender of shirt ordered during registration. If you register after Nov 11, you will receive shirt sizes per availability at packet pickup on a first-come, first-serve basis. If their are no shirts left from the pre-order, you will then be able to select another size or style that we have available from previous years.
